The Yggdrasil SMS assistant is an application-to-person (A2P) messaging program operated by Yggdrasil (theyggdrasil.com). It sends automated, conversational SMS messages to registered Yggdrasil platform users who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Enrolled users receive conversational replies, reminders, information lookups, task updates, and account notifications.
Message frequency varies and depends on how each user interacts with the platform and the assistant.
Message and data rates may apply. Yggdrasil does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
Registered users opt in during sign-up on the Yggdrasil platform by entering their mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Users may also reach the assistant by texting the program number from the mobile phone registered to their account. See the opt-in page for the program number and the exact consent disclosure.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.
You must be 18 years or older to enroll in the Yggdrasil SMS assistant.
The program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. Opt-in is collected with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox, and timestamped consent records are maintained.
User information is handled per the SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information (including phone numbers) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
