The Yggdrasil SMS assistant is an application-to-person (A2P) messaging program operated by Yggdrasil (theyggdrasil.com) that sends automated SMS messages to registered platform users who have consented to receive them. This Privacy Policy explains what information the SMS program collects and how it is handled.
When a registered user exchanges text messages with the Yggdrasil SMS assistant, we process:
The information is used solely to operate the Yggdrasil SMS assistant for registered users: to receive messages, generate conversational AI-assistant replies, send reminders, task updates, and account notifications, and deliver those messages to the user.
We do not sell user information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information (including phone numbers) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is only disclosed to the telecommunications providers (such as Twilio and mobile carriers) strictly as needed to transmit the requested messages, or where required by law.
Message data is retained only as long as needed to operate the SMS assistant and is stored on private, access-controlled infrastructure.
Registered users can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and can request help by replying HELP or contacting support. You must be 18 years or older to enroll, and the program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
