The Yggdrasil SMS assistant is a messaging program operated by Yggdrasil (theyggdrasil.com). It sends automated, conversational SMS messages to registered Yggdrasil platform users who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.
Users opt in during sign-up on the Yggdrasil platform. When you create or update your account, you enter your mobile phone number and check the consent checkbox shown below to enroll in the SMS assistant:

Registered users receive conversational AI-assistant replies, reminders, task updates, and account notifications related to their use of the platform. There is no marketing. No mobile information (including your phone number) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
